Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and capacity utilization, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement measures to optimize performance and efficiency.

Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT systems and data from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities. Develop and enforce security policies, administer cybersecurity training to Credit Union employees, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

User Support and Training: Provide technical support and guidance to end users, resolve issues, and address IT-related inquiries and requests. Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on IT tools and best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Stay knowledgeable of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT operations management. Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations.

Digital Solution Design and Development: Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for the credit union. These solutions can include software development and reporting/data gathering solutions.

Digital Content and Equipment Management: Managing the Credit Union's digital content on its website and in-branch digital advertising. This also includes coordinating with vendors who produce the Credit Union's digital content. Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of digital equipment.
• Participation in ERM Meetings: Identify, measure, and evaluate significant strategic, business and process risk exposures and mitigate risk exposures through appropriate risk responses. Report on ERM processes and findings including level and direction of risk exposures and extent of risk management activities. May be requested to participate in or provide input for budget or strategic planning meetings. Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong technical background in systems administration, network engineering, and cybersecurity, with expertise in relevant technologies and platforms.

Working knowledge of .NET software development including proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to build modern, cross-platform web and desktop applications

Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries

Working understanding of managing Linux-based web servers

Working knowledge of management and configuration of SIEM services
