Position Overview:
The Manager, BI Delivery plays a critical role in translating business needs into actionable BI solutions and ensuring successful delivery across the reporting lifecycle. This position focuses on gathering requirements, coordinating intake-to-delivery processes, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Manager ensures outputs are accurate, validated, and aligned with organizational standards while providing visibility into upcoming initiatives and supporting documentation and training to drive adoption
As a Manager, BI Delivery your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define reporting needs, and translate them into actionable BI solutions and projects
Serve as the primary liaison between BI and stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication throughout the reporting lifecycle.
Coordinate and prioritize reporting requests, including urgent needs, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of reporting outputs that meet firm standards
Plan and manage the reporting release schedule to maintain consistency, transparency, and stakeholder confidence
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness of reporting operations
Define and uphold standards for design, terminology, documentation, and validation to ensure consistency and quality across all reporting outputs
Support the creation and delivery of reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure the ongoing success of BI initiatives

Think you've got what it takes to be a Manager, BI Delivery? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we're also hoping you can tick:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Accounting background considered a strong asset
Minimum 5 years professional experience
Experience with D365 Finance & Operations (preferred)
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
Working knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI), data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts (an asset)
Proven ability to manage BI projects from intake to delivery, including coordinating timelines, facilitating requirement gathering, and ensuring successful implementation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence decision-makers, and engage colleagues to drive reporting development
Solid understanding of business processes, operations, and strategies, with the ability to align BI initiatives to organizational goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect diverse data points into actionable insights and see the big picture
Adaptable and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment

We benchmark regularly across a wide spectrum of roles, industries, sectors, and levels to ensure our ranges are both competitive and current. But we don't stop there. We also consider the unique strengths, experiences, and impact each individual brings to the table. Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity. To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $94,300–$129,700 in Toronto, ON. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
