Support agency-wide thought leadership through POVs, case studies, and new business contributions.
Client Communication & Business Impact
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them understand how paid media drives real business outcomes.
Present compelling performance narratives that move beyond KPIs to insights, "why it happened," and "what we should do next."
Play an active role in QBRs, performance reviews, and annual planning conversations.
Paid Media Activation Excellence
Work hand-in-hand with activation teams to translate strategy into clear executional and measurement requirements.
Ensure meticulous campaign QA, pacing monitoring, and in-flight optimization across channels.
Support activation across search, social, programmatic, video, display, and emerging platforms.

Operational Excellence
Develop and uphold measurement frameworks and forecasting models.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all data inputs, outputs, and reporting environments.
Drive continuous improvements across processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
What You Need To Succeed
5+ years of experience in paid media analytics, performance marketing, or media activation (agency experience strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience in cross-channel activation beyond just social & search.
Proficiency with MMM, attribution, lift studies, and incrementality testing.
Strong ability to influence and present to senior leaders with clarity and confidence.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Advanced skills in analytics and dashboard tools (GA4, Adobe, CM360, platform UIs, Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI).
A passion for performance, storytelling, and driving forward media effectiveness.
