Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for enterprise-scale operations. This role partners closely with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, cost optimization, and disciplined financial management across OPEX and COGS.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical rigor, financial systems expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Finance Business Partners to support budget owners in identifying spend optimization opportunities and recommending cost management strategies
Drive forecasting, tracking, and reporting of OPEX and COGS using SAP, Anaplan, and Adaptive Insights
Ensure forecast versus actuals accuracy and proactively communicate financial risks and opportunities
Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to track headcount, hiring pipelines, and fixed cost analysis
Own quarter-end financial activities, including accrual preparation, cross-charges, and coordination with Corporate Accounting
Ensure compliance with financial controls, accounting policies, and corporate governance standards
Lead special projects, including financial model development, template standardization, and process optimization initiatives
Execute ad-hoc financial analyses in response to evolving business requirements
Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Hands-on experience with SAP and Anaplan
Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Experience managing OPEX and COGS forecasting
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders across global time zones
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Adaptive Insights
Exposure to multinational or enterprise-scale environments
Experience supporting headcount planning and workforce cost modeling
Process improvement or financial transformation experience
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
