## About the project
We're building *Calle Verde, a modern healthy fast-casual concept in Barcelona (breakfast + açaí + salads). We need a designer who can turn our content (menu structure, prices, product photos, brand vibe) into a **premium, conversion-focused visual system*:
* *Final menu design* (print + digital)
* *Entrance banners / methacrylate signage layouts* to attract tourists and locals walking by
* A clean, consistent look aligned with our interior (green tiles + stone wall + modern minimal vibe)
This is not "just making something pretty." It's design that *drives decisions and sales*.

## Key deliverables
### 1) Menu System (print + digital)
* Main menu (breakfast bowls, açaí, salads, toasts, coffee)
* Optional sections (add-ons, protein upgrades, spicy upgrades)
* Versions for:
* *A3/A2 wall menu*
* *Counter/menu board format*
* *Digital screens (16:9)*
* *Social media stories/posts* (optional)
### 2) Entrance Signage / Banners
* Exterior-facing designs to capture attention fast
* Layouts optimized for *readability in 2 seconds*
* Print-ready files for vinyl/banner + layouts for LED/methacrylate if needed
### 3) Brand consistency kit (lightweight)
* Typography system, spacing rules, icon style
* Color palette and basic do/don't rules
* Templates for future updates (so we can change prices/items without breaking the design)

## What we need you to be great at (skills)
*Must-have*
* Strong menu design: hierarchy, readability, pricing layout, "decision flow"
* Print production knowledge: bleed, CMYK, PDF/X export, safe margins
* Excellent typography and layout sense (minimal, premium, modern)
* Ability to work with photo assets (cleanup, cutouts, consistent lighting)
* Understanding of branding and how to translate it into a cohesive system
* Fast iteration: you can create versions and refine based on feedback
*Nice-to-have*
* Experience designing for *LED signage / methacrylate / vinyl application*
* Motion/animated menu screens (simple video loops)
* AI image workflow (Midjourney / DALL·E / Firefly) with photorealistic results
* Basic UX thinking (kiosk/menu board logic)

## Experience we're looking for
* 3+ years in graphic design (or equivalent portfolio strength)
* Proven work with *restaurants / hospitality / retail signage*
* Portfolio showing *menus, **in-store signage, **brand systems*
* Bonus if you've worked on projects targeting *tourist foot traffic* (street conversion)

* Adobe Illustrator (required)
* Adobe InDesign (preferred for menus)
* Photoshop (or equivalent)
* Figma is OK for collaboration, but final print files must be professional-grade

## Style direction (important)
* Modern, minimal, premium, high-contrast readability
* Photoreal food visuals (avoid "obvious AI look")
* Clear sections: "Chef Picks" + "Build Your Own"

## Working style & process
* You'll receive: menu content, prices, brand cues, photos, interior references
* You propose *2–3 design directions*, then we pick one and finalize
* Expect quick feedback cycles (we move fast and value execution)

* Final print-ready package: *1–2 weeks* depending on revisions
