Über
Our goal is to increase sales while reducing reliance on paid traffic over time, improving organic sales mix by strengthening keyword ranking and lowering TACoS (and eventually improving ROAS efficiency through better conversion + organic lift).
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a complete Amazon Ads strategy across:
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display
Brand Video, Store traffic, and full-funnel retargeting (if applicable)
Keyword and ASIN research for beauty (competitor conquesting + gap analysis)
Campaign architecture: segmentation, match type strategy, harvesting, negatives, and bid strategy
Ongoing optimization:
Search term mining, negation, placement tuning, dayparting (if used), budget allocation
New product / hero SKU scaling, testing and iteration
Improve rank and organic growth:
Ranking plans for priority keywords (with compliant strategies)
Coordination suggestions for PDP/CVR improvements (images, A+ content, pricing, promos)
Reporting + insights:
Bi-weekly performance recap + action plan
Identify wasted spend, scaling opportunities, and creative/keyword tests
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years managing Amazon Ads hands-on (not just strategy)
Beauty niche experience is required (skincare, haircare, cosmetics, etc.)
Proven ability to improve:
Organic keyword ranking
Conversion rate and efficient scaling
TACoS reduction over time (lower dependency on ads)
Strong understanding of:
Campaign structure best practices (SP/SB/SD)
Search term analysis + negative keyword strategy
Attribution of ads to organic lift (practical measurement approach)
Clear communicator with organized documentation and repeatable processes

Type: Ongoing management + optimization
Hours: 5–15 hrs/week (depending on catalog size and goals)
Start: ASAP
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
