Dutch Lead Gen Agency | 20–40 Hours Per Week | Remote
We are a Dutch performance marketing agency that owns the full funnel. We don't just "run ads"— we build high-converting engines for our clients.
We conduct professional on-location shoots, capture raw interviews, and source authentic UGC. We are looking for a high-output Video Editor who can take this diverse raw footage and transform it into psychological triggers that stop the scroll on Meta and Instagram.
The Role
You will be the creative engine of our agency. Your job isn't just to "cut video," but to engineer content that captures attention in the first 1.5 seconds and holds it until the CTA. You'll handle everything from high-energy ad creatives to value-driven organic posts.
What You'll Do
Performance Editing: Transform raw footage from on-location shoots, interviews, and webinars into high-impact 15–60s ad creatives.The "Hook" Master: Craft multiple versions of "hooks" for A/B testing to see what stops the scroll most effectively.
Native Storytelling: Add captions, motion graphics, and branding that feel native to the platform (Meta, IG, TikTok).Technical Versatility: Export and optimize for all ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) and placements.
Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with our content team to align edits with direct-response psychological triggers.
What We're Looking For
Experience: A portfolio that proves you understand the difference between a "pretty video" and a "performing ad."
Direct-Response DNA: You understand pacing, pattern interrupts, and how to drive a viewer to take action.
Technical Skill: Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro or After Effects (CapCut Pro is a plus for speed, but professional standards are a must).
Reliability: We have a steady flow of 20–40 hours of work per week. We need someone who is proactive, hits deadlines, and communicates clearly.
Bonus: You understand Dutch (preferred for captioning) or have experience in the Lead Gen space.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 10 hours per week.

Optional skills: Storytelling, A/B Testing Creatives, Branding & Graphic Design, Sound Design / Audio Editing
