I'm looking for a fast, reliable video editor for a long-term collaboration with expertise in editing short-form content.
Important — Please read before applying:
* No CapCut
* No DaVinci Resolve
* No Final Cut Pro
* Adobe Premiere Pro (ONLY)
* Adobe Affects (a plus)
* You must be able to share fully editable Premiere Pro project files (.prproj) in folders.
Applications that do not meet these requirements will be ignored.
What I'm looking for:
* Talking head videos
* Green screen editing
* Storytelling-style edits
* Engaging social media edits
You should understand pacing, retention editing, and how to make videos dynamic and engaging, not just basic cuts.
Requirements:
* Fast turnaround time (very important)
* Strong communication
* Ability to follow direction and match a content style
* Reliable and consistent (this is a long-term role)
