We operate primarily on LinkedIn and are building a high-signal, high-credibility community of executives, operators, and founders.
We are looking for someone who deeply understands LinkedIn — not just how to post, but how to build visibility and community intentionally.
The Role
We are hiring a LinkedIn Growth & Community Manager to help us grow our company presence, strengthen engagement, and expand visibility through strategic daily activity.
This is a part-time, execution-focused role (approximately one hour per day).
You will work closely with the founder and marketing lead.
Responsibilities
Daily LinkedIn Growth (Primary Focus)
Comment strategically on posts from relevant leaders and target audiences
Build visibility through thoughtful engagement (not generic comments)
Support growth of the No Translation company page
Assist with outreach and connection strategy
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
Content Management
Publish and schedule LinkedIn posts
Ensure formatting aligns with LinkedIn best practices
Advise on post structure, timing, and engagement strategy
Track performance insights weekly
Light Workshop / Community Support
Support promotional posts for workshops
Assist with LinkedIn event visibility
Help drive attention to key initiatives
What We're Looking For
You should:
Be highly active on LinkedIn personally
Understand LinkedIn algorithm basics
Have experience growing company pages or founder-led brands
Know how to write engaging, thoughtful comments
Understand B2B thought leadership content
Be organized and responsive
Be comfortable working independently
Bonus if you:
Have worked with AI, consulting, or professional services brands
Understand executive positioning
Have managed LinkedIn analytics dashboards
What This Role Is Not
This is not:
A graphic design role
A TikTok/Instagram role
A generic social scheduler position
We want someone who understands LinkedIn as a professional ecosystem.
