Über
We are looking to pay per ad created (not monthly management). We want someone who understands how to create ads that drive real local traffic and catering inquiries — not just pretty posts.
What We're Looking For:
Experience creating Instagram and Facebook ads
Ability to create strong visuals (Reels or image ads)
Strong copywriting with clear call-to-actions
Understanding of local radius targeting
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is a plus
Ability to recommend audiences and strategy
This is a pay-per-ad position.
Rate: $25 per ad (open to discussion for strong candidates).
Our goal is to generate:
More in-store traffic
More catering leads
More awareness in our local community

Results you've generated (if available)
Your experience with restaurant or local business marketing
We are looking for someone creative, strategic, and focused on results.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
