Responsibilities
* Create short-form faceless videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Turn scripts into engaging, high-retention content
* Add captions, hooks, transitions, and motion graphics
* Repurpose long-form content into short clips
* Optimize videos for each platform
* Follow content calendars and brand guidelines
Required Skills & Tools
Experience with some of the following tools is required:
* *CapCut* (especially short-form trends & captions)
* *Runway* (AI enhancements & background removal)
* *Pictory* (script-to-video)
* *Synthesia* (AI avatar videos)
* *ElevenLabs*(AI voiceovers)

* Experience creating faceless or AI-generated videos
* Knows how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds
* Can work independently and meet deadlines
