What You'll Be Doing
Webflow Animation & Interaction Implementation
• Build and refine scroll-triggered animations (fade, scale, reveal, parallax, etc.).
• Set up page transitions and interactive triggers that feel natural and buttery smooth.
• Use Webflow's Interactions panel effectively — and extend with GSAP or custom code where needed.
Design Integration & Polished UX
• Translate Figma or design concepts into responsive Webflow builds.
• Ensure animations and layout work seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Advanced Visual Components
• Integrate Lottie animations or other micro-animations.
• Build dynamic, interactive elements like sticky sections, animated nav, progress bars, reveals, and staggered content animations.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a strong portfolio of Webflow sites with advanced interactions & animations
Knows Webflow Interactions/Animations inside and out (timelines, triggers, scroll, hover, etc.)
Is comfortable using GSAP and custom JavaScript when Webflow's UI isn't enough
Can work with Figma/Sketch designs and bring them to life in Webflow
Understands responsive design and cross-device animation considerations
Has an eye for detail — motion timing, easing, event triggers, and UX flow
Communicates clearly and can deliver on time

• Built sites with scroll-based storytelling and staged reveals
• Integrated Webflow with interactive assets like Lottie or custom animation libraries
• Managed complex animation timelines using GSAP within Webflow
• Knowledge of optimizing interactions for performance & accessibility
