Über
What I'm trying to achieve:
• Track and manage leads, contacts, companies, and deals end to end
• Log/associate Outlook emails with the right contact/deal (in a reliable way)
• Have dashboards/reports for sales pipeline and lead performance
• Keep it simple, but set up correctly and sustainably
Scope (high level):
1. Discovery + recommendation
• You will run a short discovery (call + questions) to understand my sales process and what I sell
• You will propose the best CRM setup for my needs (boards/fields/views/automations/integrations)
2. Build + configure
• Implement your recommended CRM design in
• Set up Outlook integration for email logging/association
• Configure practical automations that reduce manual work (you recommend what's appropriate)
• Create dashboards/reports for pipeline, wins, lead sources, follow-ups, etc.
3. Data import
• Import my existing leads/contacts (CSV/spreadsheet) and de-duplicate as needed
• Ensure records are linked logically (contacts to companies, deals to contacts, etc.)
4. Handoff
• Record a short Loom video walkthrough (showing what you built and how to use it day-to-day)
• Provide a simple written checklist/SOP so I can maintain it
Requirements:
• Fluent English (written + spoken)
• Proven experience implementing CRM setups for small businesses
• Ability to show examples of similar work
• Sales operations / CRM process experience is a plus

Hiring process:
Shortlisted candidates will do a short interview before hiring.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 10 hours per week.
