Über
meforme is a practitioner-led digital nutrition platform launching a targeted content strategy across three brands. We have a fully developed strategy, briefs, and copy. We need a skilled freelancer to design, upload, and schedule all content to bring it to life.
This is a defined project with a clear deliverable: all content designed, uploaded, and scheduled across our three brand channels by the project end date.
The Three Brands You'll Be Working Across
∙ meforme — the platform brand. Clean, premium, teal palette. Digital health meets premium consumer.
∙ me nutrition by Monique — dietitian-led clinical authority. Instagram-first. Warm but credible — not a vibe brand.
∙ Stacey Key — founder/CEO personal brand. Sharp, professional, LinkedIn-native.
Brand guidelines and full asset libraries provided at project kickoff.
Project Scope
Design
∙ Static posts, carousel slides, and Reel cover graphics across all three channels
∙ Format and adapt provided copy into designed, on-brand posts
∙ Resize and adapt all assets across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook specifications
∙ Light Reel editing where required (trimming, captions, music, not production-level)
Scheduling & Upload
∙ Upload and schedule all content using (Later / Buffer / Meta Business Suite — TBC)
∙ Maintain the content calendar with confirmed post dates and times
∙ Deliver a final scheduled content report at project completion
Volume
Final volume confirmed at kickoff. Estimated total: 80–90 pieces of content. (Mixed content for Insta, LinkedIn, TikTok.

meforme is a Sydney-based digital health platform. This is a remote project with the potential for ongoing work for the right person.
You're Right for This Project If You…
∙ Have a portfolio in health, wellness, or professional services — clean and modern is non-negotiable
∙ Know Instagram and LinkedIn formats and best practices cold
∙ Are highly organised and can manage a multi-brand asset library without errors
∙ Can work to a fixed project timeline and flag blockers early
∙ Are proficient in Canva Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
∙ Understand the difference between clinical content and generic wellness — this matters for how everything looks and feels
Project Timeline
Kickoff: Immediate upon hire
Deadline: Monday 23 February 2026
Milestone check-ins: as required for efficient review and delivery
