**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to troubleshoot and enhance our current HubSpot and Zapier workflows. Our HubSpot subscription is HubSpot Starter and we use Zapier as a work around the integrations. We import potential Leads into HubSpot using Excel Spreadsheets. We use direct postal mail to the potential deals, a call answering service validates incoming enquiries following that monthly letter send. PandaDocs are used for issuing particular deals to consults for their input which inturn feds back into HubSpot. Deal Folders are created within ShareDrive for all the drawings, presentation etc. Once all this element has been resolved.
The next stage is to issue NDA's, Exclusity Agreements to the clients. Once signed, automatic request for commitment payments. Create Planning Advice guidance/report from the report/panda docs preivously collated from our consultants. Create fee Proposals, create marketing presentation/content to issue to clients to build rapport and trust.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation and be able to resolve existing issues while advancing the later phases of our workflow processes.
Later phases include
Proposals: Creatation and issuing proposals, tracking proposals
Marketing: email marketing, website blogs/post updates, Social Media
Project Management:
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Zapier, Business Process Automation, Lead Generation, Marketing Campaign Setup & Implementation
Optional skills: Microsoft SharePoint Administration
