We are a MedTech marketing agency supporting 20+ healthcare clients globally. We are hiring a Creative Production Manager to manage the creative workflow and execute hands-on design to deliver client-ready assets.
This is a hybrid role focused on production and delivery. Our leadership team provides strategy and direction. Your role is to turn briefs into finished deliverables, on time, on brand, and consistently high quality.
What you will be responsible for
1) Production management (primary responsibility)
• Convert briefs into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage day-to-day workflow in (priorities, due dates, handoffs, dependencies)
• Coordinate external resources (freelancers/vendors) as needed: briefing, timelines, feedback cycles, and quality control
• Maintain file organization and version discipline in SharePoint
• Serve as the quality checkpoint before internal review and client delivery
2) Hands-on design execution (secondary responsibility)
• Build and finalize multi-page assets in Adobe InDesign (brochures, whitepapers, reports)
• Assemble polished PowerPoint presentations from approved content and visuals
• Create and maintain locked Canva templates (social and digital kits) for scalable production
• Enforce brand standards: typography, color, layout rules, logo usage, spacing, and consistency
3) AI-enabled production (preferred)
• Use AI image tools (e.g., Firefly/Midjourney or similar) when appropriate to accelerate production
• Make practical decisions on when AI, stock, or a freelancer is the best option based on speed, quality, and cost
Required qualifications
• Expert Adobe InDesign (multi-page layout, production-ready PDFs)
• Expert Canva (template systems, brand controls, scalable asset creation)
• Proven experience managing creative work using (preferred) or similar tools with the ability to ramp quickly
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint (structure, naming conventions, version control)
• Experience managing freelancers or external creatives (clear briefs, feedback, revision cycles, delivery standards)
• Fluent English (written and spoken). On occasions, you may be asked to join a client call to present work or to ask targeted questions to clarify a brief.
• High attention to detail, responsiveness, and comfort managing multiple client workstreams
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
