Über
**What We Need Help With:**
• HubSpot CRM setup and contact/company property configuration
• Sales pipeline design and deal stage customization
• Workflow automation for lead nurturing and internal notifications
• Email sequence setup for outreach and follow-ups
• Dashboard and reporting configuration
• Integration with our existing tools (forms, calendar, etc.)
**About Our Business:**
We have an existing contact database (approx. 500–2,000 contacts) that needs to be properly organized. We currently use (insert tools — e.g., Gmail, Calendly, Typeform) and want these connected to HubSpot.
**Who We're Looking For:**
• Proven HubSpot experience (certifications are a plus)
• Someone who asks the right questions before building — not just a button clicker
• Clear communicator with good written English
• Experience with B2B businesses preferred
• Ability to document what you build so our team can maintain it
**Project Scope:** This is a fixed-price or hourly project depending on scope. We're open to an ongoing relationship if the work goes well.
**To Apply:** Please share examples of HubSpot portals you've set up before. Bonus if you can describe one complex workflow or automation you built and what problem it solved.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
