Who we are looking for:
We are a digital marketing agency looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, audience targeting, and conversion-focused ad strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
A/B testing ad creatives and copies
Monitor performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, and conversions
Set up Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
Share performance insights and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Meta Ads for different brands
Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Experience with A/B testing creatives and ad copies
Knowledge of funnel-based advertising strategies
Familiarity with GA4 and conversion tracking is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
Basic design or copywriting understanding
Agency experience preferred
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Campaign Management, Campaign Setup
