This role is for a Virtual Executive Assistant supporting me. Your responsibilities will include managing and organizing my calendar, coordinating meetings, and scheduling appointments with clinics, doctor offices, and hospitals.
You will assist with outbound outreach, including calling medical clinics and healthcare providers to introduce our services and attempt to set appointments when appropriate. You may also help with basic email marketing campaigns and follow-up communication with leads.
Additional responsibilities include managing incoming leads, keeping detailed records, and providing regular updates on outreach efforts and responses. You will assist with organizing and maintaining spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel, tracking contacts, leads, follow-ups, and appointment statuses.
Early on, workload will be lighter as we build systems and processes. Over time, responsibilities and hours are expected to increase as outreach expands. Strong performance, reliability, and results will lead to increased responsibility and higher compensation.
Attention to detail, strong communication skills, professionalism when speaking with medical offices, and the ability to stay organized are essential for this role.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
