We are building something premium — similar in style and energy to:
THE ROLE: CONTENT MANAGER
We are looking for a creative, organized, detail-oriented Content Manager to take full ownership of our content production and organization.
This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with the brand.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Content Organization
• Organize Zoom and in-person event footage
• Label and store content for easy reuse (e.g., or similar systems)
• Build a clean internal content archive for repurposing
Short-Form Video Editing (Core Task)
Raw Content You'll Receive:
1. Zoom recordings (expert podcasts, Q&A sessions, group discussions, breakout rooms)
2. In-person event footage (candid videos, member testimonials)
From long-form recordings, you will create:
Guest Speaker Reels
20–45 second clips with one clear takeaway. Add:
• Clean captions
• B-roll
• Light effects
• Smooth transitions
Member Reels
• Showcase community members asking questions, reacting, and speaking
• Highlight different faces to demonstrate quality engagement
Narrative Reels
• Combine short clips from multiple speakers into one cohesive, story-driven reel
Trend Hijack Reels
• Take trending personal development clips (e.g., Alex Hormozi-style content)
• Add our in-person footage as supporting B-roll
Brand Design (Canva)
Create:
• Instagram carousels
• Static posts
• Infographics
• Logos (if needed)
Must understand premium, minimal, high-achiever aesthetics.
Scheduling & Page Management
• Schedule posts
• Manage posting calendar
• Assist with caption formatting
• Maintain consistency (target: 30–40 posts per month)
BRAND TONE (VERY IMPORTANT)
Every post must reflect:
• High-achievers
• Invite-only exclusivity
• Supportive elite community
• Professional and premium energy
WORKLOAD
• 4–6 hours per day
• 30–40 pieces of content per month
• Mix of reels and posts
YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
• Have strong English communication skills
• Respond quickly and meet deadlines (no delays)
• Give daily updates on completed tasks
• Have strong design sense
• Understand short-form video pacing
• Are enthusiastic and team-oriented
• Take ownership — not just follow instructions
NOT A FIT IF:
• You miss deadlines
• You disappear without communication
• You need constant reminders
• You cannot match premium brand energy
Brand Tone:
Every reel should reflect our brand focus on high-achievers (excellence), fostering a collaborative community (engagement) and the real value we offer (exclusivity).
Here's an example of a channel that is identical to what we want to do:
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
