What You'll Own
You will manage and optimize our outbound system including:
• Email outreach sequences
• Follow-up logic + multi-touch cadence
• Cold calling execution
• Lead qualification
• Pipeline management inside CRM
• Hand-off coordination with closers
• Performance tracking + reporting
This is a performance-driven role.

You'll be working inside:
• GoHighLevel (CRM + pipeline management)
• Lemlist (email sequencing + automation)
• Audience Labs (data + enrichment)
• Apollo (lead sourcing + enrichment)
We are open to improving the stack if you bring better solutions.
You should understand:
• Domain warming + deliverability
• List building + enrichment workflows
• ICP targeting + segmentation
• Inbox rotation + sender health
• Call scripts + objection handling
• CRM hygiene + opportunity tracking

Ideal Candidate
• Has built outbound engines before
• Knows how to source and validate data
• Understands cold email copy structure
• Comfortable picking up the phone
• Organized and process-driven
• Can work directly with closers
• Understands performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, booked meetings, pipeline velocity)

Compensation
• Hourly base pay
• Commission component tied to booked meetings and/or closed revenue
• Strong performers can earn 3–4x their hourly rate through commissions
This is not a passive admin role.
This is a revenue-generating position.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
