Job Description

Systems Integration Specialist – Defense & Security Software Solutions If you thrive at the intersection of software, hardware, and field operations, this role puts you right where complex systems meet real‑world missions. As part of Teledyne Technologies, supporting advanced C2, security, and unmanned‑systems solutions, you'll help customers bring mission‑critical capabilities to life in demanding operational environments. You'll partner closely with Business Development and Sales teams to transform requirements into fully functioning systems through testing, demonstrations, integration, and customer support. This role is a strong match if you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, engaging directly with end users, and making technology work where it matters most. What you'll do
  • Support pre‑ and post‑sales activities, including demos, testing, training, and system integration.
  • Plan and execute software and hardware tests; document findings and track issues with product teams.
  • Prepare, configure, and operate equipment for internal evaluations and customer‑facing events.
  • Integrate software and hardware across manned and unmanned platforms.
  • Conduct on‑site assessments to ensure smooth deployment and system readiness.
  • Provide technical support at trade shows and industry events.
  • Contribute to technical content for proposals and solution designs.
  • Troubleshoot networking, software, and deployment issues for customers and partners.
  • Deliver product training and strengthen internal technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to align expectations and ensure satisfaction.
What you need
  • Required: Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑engagement skills.
  • Required: Experience in software configuration, integration, troubleshooting, or testing.
  • Required: Solid computer and networking knowledge, including Microsoft ecosystem expertise.
  • Required: Familiarity with software‑based control or security systems.
  • Required: Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
  • Required: Undergraduate degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Advantage: Experience with surveillance sensors, radars, analytics, or autonomous systems.
  • Advantage: Background in CUAS, IT/network management, field service, or platform integration.

Salary Range:

$93,700.00-$124,900.000
