TechnologyMonitors, manages, and supports the daily activities within the Product Team. This includes running processes and reporting to ensure business service levels are met and environments is managed. Provides ongoing monitoring, testing, collection, and support for the Help/Service, and coordinates and facilitates triage/Incident Management activities with the Product Owner. Helps identify and determine software issues based on testing results provided by lines of business. Provides immediate attention and escalation response to production program or system problems. Participates in testing cycles to ensure the deployability and operability of product software. In addition to this role, SharePoint development and maintenance, which involves designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint sites and solutions to meet business needs. This includes creating and maintaining site collections, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to SharePoint functionality and performance. Collaborates with other teams to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure that SharePoint solutions are effectively integrated with other systems and processes.
Product team support
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assists M365 team in understanding new features, general testing and deploying new M365 Chat/Licensed capabilities to general users.
- Drives and/or promotes new processes, systems, technology, and operations and expanded capabilities for performance, with the flexibility to align to the unique requirements of the product team and deliverables.
- Helps maintain the Backlog for capabilities and assisting in reviews.
- Proactively reviews testing results and identifies operational improvements, in ensuring smooth and consistent customer and business partner delivery.
- Supports Product testing activities, collection and reporting managing implementation issues to resolution.
- Maybe asked to monitor technical product ongoing monitoring, applications and/or business transactions where required.
- Collaborates and engages with the appropriate areas across the bank.
- Focus may be on a business/group or selected technical products.
- Works with PowerBI team for report enhancements and output.
SharePoint
- Researches and promote adherence to standards and BMO best practices.
- Supports, Builds and Maintains updates on SharePoint using UI/UX
- Navigate sites, add hyperlinks, add Web components and manage permissions
- Develops an understanding of organizational interactions and complexity to engage with the appropriate matrix areas.
- Think creatively and propose new solutions or methods of practice.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works mostly independently.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Additional Responsibilities
- Provides end-to-end support and execution of projects which can include software issues, and root-cause analysis etc.
• Drives and/or promotes new processes, systems, technology, and operations and expanded capabilities for performance, with the flexibility to align to the unique requirements of the project teams and deliverables.
• Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations, practice communities & individual learning.
Qualifications:
- Typically, 1- 2 years of work experience in IT and/or degree in computer science, information systems, and or technology degree.
- Understanding of Information Technology implementations, planning, testing, processes used for systems to ensure effective delivery including software practices.
- Knowledge of support and operations practice, concepts, led computer software projects and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience nice to have.
- Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, timing, and dependencies.
- Technical knowledge from education and/or business experience.

Salary :
$61, $113,Pay Type:

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
