Who We Are

For more than 20 years, Nomis has pioneered pricing optimization solutions for the world's largest banks and credit unions. Today, we're redefining what's possible with a single, integrated platform that unifies customer insights, product strategy and pricing execution to deliver the personalized financial solutions modern consumers expect.

Driven by analytical excellence and a passion for data, we've moved beyond point solutions to deliver a comprehensive platform that enables financial institutions to truly understand their customers and proactively meet evolving needs.

Who We Need

Nomis is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Go-to-Market team. This role acts as a crucial bridge between sales, product, and marketing—translating deep product knowledge into compelling stories that resonate with financial institutions facing complex pricing challenges. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our growth by executing marketing strategies that generate pipeline and equipping our sales team for success.

This is a strategic, hands-on position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments and is eager to make a measurable impact. If you're ready to advance your career and drive success at a rapidly scaling company where your voice matters and your work directly influences revenue, we want to hear from you.

What's in it for You

Career Growth. Influence. Ownership. You're looking for more than a marketing role—you're looking for a seat at the table. At Nomis, you'll own end-to-end marketing programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue. You'll work closely with leadership, product, and sales to shape go-to-market strategy, not just execute it. Your ideas will be heard, your initiatives will be funded, and your results will be visible across the organization.

Chance to Make Your Mark. This is a unique opportunity to build marketing infrastructure at a company with proven product-market fit and ambitious growth targets. You'll have the autonomy to experiment, the resources to execute, and the support to scale what works. Your campaigns will reach some of the largest financial institutions in North America, and your impact will be felt across every stage of the buyer journey.

Win as a Team. You won't go it alone. You'll be backed by a collaborative, curious team that challenges the status quo and shares insights freely. At Nomis, we believe in the power of being BOLD: Be Brave, Own the

Outcome, Listen with Every Muscle, and Develop our Community. We're building something meaningful together, and we're looking for people who want to be part of that mission.

What You Will Do

Drive Demand and Build Brand

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solution-driven marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience of financial institution executives and pricing leaders
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to develop lead-generating and brand-building content that addresses real customer pain points
  • Manage relationships with external marketing partners focused on demand generation and thought leadership content
  • Take charge of organizing key events, including industry conferences and Nomis-hosted gatherings like our annual Client Advisory Board meeting

Optimize Marketing Operations

  • Design, implement, and document automated workflows in HubSpot that drive lead generation and customer engagement
  • Manage website and content assets in Wordpress that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Ensure CRM processes are optimized for managing leads and opportunities effectively throughout the buyer journey
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns, content, and sales activities to optimize efforts and guide decision-making
  • Translate insights into action—continuously testing, learning, and improving campaign performance

Enable Sales Success

  • Develop sales enablement materials that help our team articulate value and overcome objections
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to understand pipeline needs and create campaigns that fill gaps
  • Provide operational support to ensure the success of active and new strategic partnerships
  • Serve as the voice of marketing in cross-functional meetings, bringing data-driven recommendations

What You Bring

Core Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience in financial services technology or selling to enterprise buyers is a strong plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot - admin experience is a plus
  • Comfort working with data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Content creation, editing, and management capabilities

Strategic Mindset

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to independently create and execute end-to-end solutions and process improvements
  • You stay composed when campaigns underperform, learning from setbacks and quickly pivoting to new approaches
  • Exceptional time management skills and acute attention to detail—you follow through without reminders and hold yourself accountable for results
  • The ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer-facing narratives

Collaborative & Growth-Oriented

  • You thrive in change, adjusting your marketing approach based on feedback and helping teammates navigate shifting priorities
  • A continuous learner who actively seeks out new marketing trends, tools, and techniques—and applies them immediately
  • Strong collaborator who shares information freely, shows empathy for colleagues, and bridges different viewpoints to achieve shared goals
  • You break down complex challenges, work with others to develop creative solutions, and always evaluate the impact of your work

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
