Job Summary:
We are excited to offer a Fulfillment Associate position within our modern warehouse in Boise, Idaho. This role is central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including picking products from inventory, accurate packing of items, preparing shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This fast-paced environment requires individuals who are meticulous, efficient, and possess a strong commitment to quality. Your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all associates to strictly follow safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is reliable, a quick learner, and thrives in a team-oriented setting. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order fulfillment technologies is a plus. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on customer orders.
  • Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
  • Generate and apply shipping labels and necessary documentation.
  • Stage prepared orders for carrier pickup.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to perform tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Capacity to handle Lifting duties, including packages up to 40 pounds.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics principles is helpful.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing needs.
