We are actively hiring for the position of Warehouse Worker at our Portland, Oregon facility. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our **Logistics** and distribution processes. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. A strong commitment to **Safety** and the proper use of **PPE** is mandatory for all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize products on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Pick items accurately from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure proper labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to follow **Safety** guidelines and wear all required **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of **Logistics** is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
