Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming freight and verify shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed.
- Stage products for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork principles.
- Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
