Join our logistics team as a Warehouse Worker in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with various warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and offers a solid foundation for a career in logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials or products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to assigned logistics protocols.
- Load and unload goods from vehicles.
- Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company procedures and demonstrate respect for fellow team members and company property.
- Practice safe lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse operations and logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks within the logistics environment.
