Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our thriving logistics operation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You'll be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through the use of scanning equipment.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Assist with shipping and loading activities as needed.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment is maintained throughout the facility.
  • Practice safe lifting techniques and be able to lift up to 60 pounds consistently.
  • Support other warehouse functions as directed to meet operational needs.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong working relationships within the logistics team.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role.
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in logistics.
