We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. Your responsibilities will span from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. A comprehensive understanding of warehouse logistics and a strong commitment to operational efficiency are key. You will utilize warehouse equipment, manage inventory with precision, and ensure that all products are handled responsibly. Safety is paramount in our operations, and adherence to all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE, is expected. This role demands physical stamina, including the capacity for regular lifting of items up to 45 lbs and standing for extended periods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere to meet our collective goals.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and unload incoming inventory.
- Properly stock merchandise in assigned locations.
- Select items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely to prevent damage.
- Label packages according to shipping requirements.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Ensure a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical capability to perform frequent lifting up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Dedication to safety and consistent use of PPE.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
