Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our thriving team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain, contributing to the efficient handling and movement of products within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will span receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping operations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding high standards of Safety and operational excellence. You will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stage products for put-away using appropriate equipment and procedures.
  • Replenish inventory on shelves and in storage locations to ensure product availability.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists or scanning devices.
  • Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Process outgoing shipments, verify contents, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company policies.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently (if certified).
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must wear and maintain assigned PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
  • A strong commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
  • Reliable attendance and a proactive attitude towards assigned duties.
