Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is fundamental to our logistics and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You may also be responsible for operating basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and maintaining inventory accuracy through scanning. A commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential. You will be required to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting and standing for extended periods. Teamwork and effective communication are vital to achieving daily operational goals. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial, but we are open to training enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and contribute.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
  • Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack products securely for shipment.
  • Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to perform regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and safety protocols.
