You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory adjustments and ensure proper documentation.
- Work with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Train warehouse staff on inventory control best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, **Safety** regulations, and **PPE** requirements.
- Support overall **Logistics** goals through accurate inventory management.
- May involve occasional **Lifting** of inventory items up to 30 lbs during counts or investigations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Inventory Management Software (IMS) and WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of **Logistics** and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
