Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Verify product information, lot numbers, and quantities.
- Inspect picked items for damage or discrepancies.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate order picking equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Report any stock discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Meet individual and team picking performance goals.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks to support logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and logistics practices.
- Commitment to following all safety regulations and using PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
