Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and stock materials in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
  • Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and verification.
  • Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Follow all established safety protocols and use required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
  • Support shipping and receiving activities as directed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous.
  • Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
  • Understanding of basic inventory control principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
