We are seeking an efficient and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our busy facility in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order details for accuracy before packaging.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pick-up.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory verification as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment quotas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
