We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our San Francisco, California logistics team. This pivotal role demands precision and a proactive approach to managing our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits, performing cycle counts, and reconciling any discrepancies to ensure 100% inventory accuracy. Your efforts will directly contribute to optimizing stock levels, minimizing losses, and improving overall operational efficiency. Key duties include analyzing inventory data, generating reports, managing stock adjustments, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless inventory flow. A deep understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management System) and inventory management best practices is essential. We are committed to a culture of safety; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the proper use of required PPE is mandatory for all team members. This position requires significant attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
