This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
- Perform regular Lifting of products and materials up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with logistics processes and inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
