Join our vibrant Fulfillment Associate team in Jacksonville, Florida! This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment. Success in this role depends on your attention to detail, speed, and commitment to maintaining a high standard of accuracy. You will work with our warehouse management system and various equipment to process orders efficiently. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are required to follow strict Safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE. This position requires the ability to perform moderate Lifting and to be on your feet for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack items securely into boxes or other shipping containers.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy of picked and packed items.
- Stage packed orders for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Perform Lifting of packages up to 30 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
- Capability for Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer and scanning skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory flow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
