We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating items from warehouse shelves, verifying order accuracy, and packing them securely for transit. Your efficiency and attention to detail are key to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational flow. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, utilizing RF scanners or pick lists to guide your tasks. We provide comprehensive training, with a strong emphasis on warehouse safety and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to 30-50 pounds. - Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing and lifting up to 30-50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Understanding of basic logistics procedures.
