We are seeking a reliable and efficient Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this key role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your primary duties will include reading pick lists, locating products, and preparing them for the packing and shipping stages. Maintaining accuracy and speed is crucial to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Regular lifting of items up to 40 pounds will be part of your daily tasks, and you must be comfortable with physical work. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While previous order picking experience is an advantage, we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning.
