Our distribution center in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our fast-paced team. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the correct products accurately and efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and Safety . You will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders. We provide all necessary PPE and extensive training to ensure your well-being in our Logistics operations. The role involves significant walking and standing, as well as moderate Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking customer orders using a pick list or scanning device.
- Locating products within the warehouse efficiently.
- Ensuring the correct quantity and type of items are picked.
- Packing picked items securely for shipment.
- Transporting picked orders to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with other warehouse team members to meet daily goals.
