Job Summary:
We are looking for a diligent Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory system, directly impacting the efficiency of our **Logistics** and fulfillment processes. You will be responsible for conducting detailed inventory counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies, managing stock adjustments, and contributing to loss prevention strategies. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. While physical demands are moderate, occasional **Lifting** of inventory items for verification purposes is part of the role. Adherence to stringent **Safety** standards and the proper use of **PPE** are mandatory. Your contributions will be essential to optimizing stock levels and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct accurate cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Process inventory adjustments and ensure system data reflects actual stock.
  • Implement and refine inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, root causes of errors, and potential improvements.
  • Maintain organized inventory records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations and **Logistics** teams to address stock issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all warehouse **Safety** policies and the correct use of **PPE**.
  • Assist in organizing stock and ensuring proper product rotation.
  • Perform **Lifting** of inventory items as needed for counting and verification.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to **Lifting** up to 35 lbs.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse **Safety** practices and **PPE**.
  • Familiarity with **Logistics** operations is a plus.
