We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is critical to the efficient operation of our distribution center and plays a key part in our overall logistics strategy. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and inspecting goods, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and preparing shipments. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Success in this position requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and a collaborative spirit. You will be provided with comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being and Safety. This role involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting. A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality are essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for transport.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a significant advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
