Join our expanding warehouse operations in Columbus, Ohio, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to contribute to our efficient logistics network. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and timely order fulfillment. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong commitment to Safety, accuracy, and teamwork. We offer a supportive work environment where your contributions are valued. The role involves physical tasks, including regular Lifting, and adherence to strict Safety protocols. You will receive comprehensive training and all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Success in this role depends on your ability to follow instructions precisely, maintain a high level of productivity, and work collaboratively with your colleagues. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety and proper usage of PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
