Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipping labels and documents.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Understand the importance of speed and accuracy in the logistics cycle.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Must be proficient in performing tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the warehouse.
