Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Manage the put-away and retrieval processes for inventory.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to enhance accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Train new employees on inventory control procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with WMS and other inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

This role is critical to our logistics operations, requiring a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Proper use of PPE is mandatory. Training on safe lifting techniques will be provided. Your contribution ensures the integrity of our inventory and the smooth flow of goods.
