We are seeking a highly motivated Order Picker to join our advanced logistics facility in Sacramento, California. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled. This role demands precision, speed, and a strong commitment to quality. Your primary duties will involve using order lists or scanning devices to locate and retrieve specified products from warehouse storage locations. You will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of picked items, ensuring they match the order requirements, and preparing them for the packing station. Maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to a well-organized warehouse environment are also key aspects of this position. We are committed to providing a safe workplace and supply all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). Training on all safety procedures and equipment operation will be provided. This role requires the ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting, often up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods. Experience with order picking systems or RF scanners is preferred.
