Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for long hours.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
