Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or similar technology.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure correct product and quantity.
- Pack orders securely, efficiently, and neatly using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipping, adhering to carrier specifications.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of picking and packing stations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy metrics.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer or similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the critical importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills.
